The admission requirements for Felician’s online MSN-FNP program are: 

  • BSN from accredited program (approved by Board of Nursing)   
  • 3.0 GPA   
  • Unencumbered RN license   
  • Two letters of recommendation   
  • Undergraduate courses in nursing research, statistics, health assessment 

Felician University’s online MSN-FNP program offers three intakes per year: Spring, Summer and Fall.

These two primary care roles contain considerable overlap with one key distinction: the life stage of the patient. Family Nurse Practitioners treat patients across the lifespan.  

Yes. Felician University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The Master of Science in Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The master’s degree program in nursing and post-graduate APN certificate program at Felician University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (http://www.ccneaccreditation.org).

This seven-semester program requires 47 credits of coursework and 750 clinical hours. It can be completed in two years and three months.  

The online MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner program costs $765.96 per credit hour for a total degree cost of $36,000.12, excluding fees. A 20% Ed Assist discount may be available.
